The table compares how patients rated five different aspects of service across three health centres: Longston, Peveril, and Marchbank. Ratings were given on a scale from 1 (very poor) to 10 (excellent), and an overall average is also shown for each centre.

Overall, Peveril Centre received the highest ratings in all categories, achieving the highest overall average of 8.3. Marchbank Centre performed moderately well, while Longston Centre received the lowest ratings across the board, with an average of just 5.8.

In detail, Peveril Centre scored exceptionally well in booking appointments (9.1) and response to concerns (9.6), clearly standing out in these areas. It also maintained high scores in doctors’ service (8.7), care of children (7.5), and pharmacy (6.3), suggesting a consistently high level of patient satisfaction.

In contrast, Longston Centre lagged significantly behind. It received particularly low ratings for response to concerns (4.3) and pharmacy (5.1). The only relatively strong rating was for doctors’ service at 8.0. Marchbank Centre fell between the two, with solid ratings in most categories, especially doctors’ service (8.4) and booking appointments (7.8), but weaker performance in pharmacy (5.8) and response to concerns (6.5).
